Jake you were an angel in disguise! Such a wicked sense of humour! You have and will forever have a place in my heart. Memories that I will always cherish! You beat all the odds and absolutely smashed life proving to everyone that you never wanted to give up! Sweet dreams my darling. Lots of love x

Jake, I have not cared for you for many years since you Lived at Home with your beautiful Mum and Gawjust Amber . It was a absolute pleasure to care for you ( sometimes 😂 ) Sometimes you were a right pain 😂 ( joking ) . Bath-time was a nightmare 😂. Not sure who got the wettest , you or us 😂. . Jake, you will always be in my prayers and I’m sure your in a much better place now. RIP xx
